On October 01, 1958, a 7-pound precious baby girl Shirley Ann Broughton Proctor was born to the late James and Allie May Proctor. Shirley Ann grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada where she accepted Christ at a young age. She attended Eldorado High School where she was the star of the women's basketball team. Shirley Ann became a member of the Culinary Union where she served as a cook for various Las Vegas Strip hotels for many years. She would later meet the love of her life Jack Gatlin. (who preceded her in death) Those that were close to Shirley knew she had 3 favorite hobbies. She loved to play Bingo on Saturday's with her daughters and cook and watch wrestling on Sundays with her close friend Ms. Nancy Harris.
