Nikeea Charmaine Coleman was born to Reverend Chuck and Cheryl Coleman on April 23, 1981 at Women's Hospital in North Las Vegas Nevada. Nikeea, also known as KeKe or Keea, attended Ruth Fyfe Elementary School, Gibson Jr. High School and Community College High School. Nikeea graduated from Community College High school in 1999. Prior to becoming a mother, Nikeea attended College of Southern Nevada, where she was pursuing a career in criminal justice.
Nikeea was known for singing, dancing taking pictures and was a true foodie. She hugged everyone that she came into contact with and was extremely lovable. Nikeea refused to let her diabetes, heart conditions, and other other medical challenges keep her from becoming the self sufficient women she was. Nikeea was devoted daughter, who took pride in making sure that her mother was taken care of. Nikeea enjoyed spending time with her mother and father and was a bonafide daddy'd girl.
Nikeea loved her brothers and sisters. She shared a unique bond with each of them. DeShone was Nikeea's safe place and she knew that her sister was only a phone call away. Denice was Nikeea's road dog and hype man who had her back no matter what. Byron and Chuck Jr. were her protectors. Nikeea gave her life to Christ at an early age. Her favorite saying was "but God" and she prayed relentlessly. At the time of her death she was a member of New Paradise Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Pastor Earl Henry.
