Sue Gaines

Sue Ellen Gaines was born on December 3, 1952 in Harlan Iowa to Daniel and Evelyn Flug. She was the 6th of 6 children. She was joined in holy matrimony to Rollin C. (Otto) Gaines on July 9, 1971. In this Union, 2 daughters were born, Katrina Kline and Margaret Gaines.
 Otto and Sue moved to Las Vegas in 1981. Sue worked as Graphic Designer at MGM/Bally's for many years. In 1998, she obtained her Real Estate License and was an office manager and bookkeeper in the real estate field.

 Sue dedicated a lot of her time to working with the mentally ill community. She was the President of Nevada of National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI). Along with Otto she trained our Crisis Intervention Team within the LVMPD.

Sue was a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan and recently became a dedicated Golden Knights fan. She enjoyed shopping for and collecting antiques, baking, watching her Tv shows and movies, and hanging out with her children and grandchildren. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
