Roosevelt Wallace was born May 11, 1978 to the late Samuel Earl McGhee and Sarah Ann Wallace in Eudora, Arkansas. He graduated from Eudora High School and moved to Las Vegas, NV in 1997.

On February 26, 1997 Roosevelt united in holy matrimony to Tamika McDonald of Las Vegas, NV; to this union in 1997, one handsome son was adopted, and three beautiful children were born.

Roosevelt (Billy) was an outdoorsman, and thoroughly enjoyed working with his Grandfather and Grandmother in their garden and on their farm. Love-ones hold fond memories of him wearing his short pants and cowboy boots.

Roosevelt departed this life on the evening of July 4, 2019, at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV.
