Loretta D. Hines was born July 9, 1940 in Little Rock, Arkansas, and was raised by Jeanette Watson and Bubba Verbal Hines. She moved to Las Vegas in 1958 and started her own family. Loretta Hines was a loving mother of seven children and eleven grandchildren. She will be joining two of her sons, and one daughter.

Loretta D. Hines was a dedicated member of Jew Jerusalem church for 60 years. She was always known as being the Candy Lady.
