



Lillian Robinson-Heckard

Lillian was born on December 5, 1945 in Watts, California to the union of James and Edna Heckard. Her family moved to Las Vegas, NV in 1957 where she attended the Westside Elementary School, Madison Elementary School and later J.D. Smith Jr. High. She graduated from Rancho High School.
The family joined Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. E.C. Kline where she was baptized during a revival by the late Rev. Tutt.
Over the years, Lillian held various positions in hospitality, employed at the original Town Tavern on Jackson Street, as a school nurse, in the retail industry she worked at Sally's Beauty Supply stores and was also a caregiver and mentor to all of her nieces, nephews, grandchildren and anyone that came in contact with her loving grace. She loved to read, entertain, and dancing were some of her favorite things.
Later in life, Lillian moved to San Bernardino, CA with her daughter Lawana and granddaughter Winter until her health declined during her stay at the Meadows Ridge Center.
At 73 years old the Lord sent his angels to deliver Lillian to him on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 2:00am
