Gregory Wimberly (affectionately known as Greg) was born on March 18, 1968 in Atlanta, Georgia to Frank L. Wimberly & Shirley A. Wimberly. He spent his early childhood on the west side of Atlanta with his mom and sisters. He attended Washington High School. Later he moved to Las Vegas with his father.

Gregory was known for his love of cars and driving. So it was no surprise when he became a truck driver. He drove trucks locally in Atlanta and Las Vegas. He was also a long distance (cross country) driver.
Gregory married Darlene Stanton on February 15, 1992 in Las Vegas, Nevada. They lived and raised three children together in Atlanta & Moultrie Georgia, later they moved back to Las Vegas, Nevada. he attended Living Word Ministry with his wife and children.
