Eugene ''Sweets'' Shaw was born on August 19,1954 to Johnnie and Bertha (Wells) Shaw in Las Vegas, Nevada.Eugene was the only son. He was proceeded in death by his parents.
Eugene attended and graduated from Las Vegas High. While in high school. Eugene gave his life to Christ at an early age at Pilgrim Rest M.B Church. Eugene later joined St. Paul COGIC church in Las Vegas, Nevada where he served as a deacon.
In 1977, Eugene (Sweets) training as an apprentice and joined the international Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) 357.
Eugene married & divorced Lola Gaston.
Eugene later fell in love and married his best friend Katrina Brown ans was very happy until his death.
After retiring from IBEW, Eugene enjoyed working with Evolution Travel. He also loved traveling, spending time with family and friends, giving back to the community, helping veterans and seniors. Eugene was a loving and caring person.
Eugene loved his wife, children, family and his Shih Tzu Bella Rose.
