Emond Joseph Kirkland

Edmond Joseph Kirkland was born on January 28, 1953 to Joseph W. Kirkland Jr. and Gladys M. Kirkland in Compton, CA. Edmond was baptized March, 1, 1953 at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church located in Los Angeles, CA. Emond received The Holy Sacrament of Confirmation on January 30, 1966 at St. Eugene's Catholic Church located in Inglewood, CA. Edmond began his school at St. Eugene's elementary school. He continued his education at Morningside High School and graduated on June 19, 1971. Edmond completed a technical program at California State University, Long Beach where he obtained a certificate for mechanical/optical technician.

 He began his career Hughes Aircraft in 1971 in El Segundo, CA. In 1990, Edmond relocated to Las Vegas, NV where he started a career in construction, where he became a supervisor.August 8, 1992, Edmond married Alfreda Johnson. They were happily married for 19 Years, until Alfreda's until passing on October 25, 2011. Whether you knew him as Edmond, Eddie, or Ed, you knew his love for cars, motorcycle, anything Raider's domino games, traveling and listening to music. Edmond enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
