Eloise was born to Alma Lee Flowers and Rayford Kainzrants, in East St. Louis, Missouri. She was the second child born of four. The family moved to Los Angeles, California, where she attended and graduated from Fremont High School at the age of 17 years old, in 1970
Eloise contuined in her education for the next four years and recived an Associates Degree in nursing, which led her into a meaningful career with the VA Hospital for nineteen years. During her time of employment, Eloise was prompted and held the postition as a Director of Nursing with the Vermont Knoah's Convalescent home for over nine years.
Eloise loved sports, (football), and basketball. Her hobbies were reading, watching game shows; Family Feud, Price is Right, and Jeopardy. She also loved family time, playing spades with them.
