With profound sadness we announce the passing of Tonisha Mayo, Our loving and devoted mother and friend to all whose lives she touched, August 28, 2020. She left us while sleeping peacefully at her resident in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was in her 46th year. Born in Phoenix, Arizona, to Ruby Green and Donald Mayo. The youngest of 5 children by Ruby. Later, residing in southern California, then finally residing in Nevada.

During her time on earth, approximately 20 of those years, Tonisha battled a serious drug addiction. Through family support, perseverance and desire to be 'clean' she overcame her addiction. In 2017. she was able to regain custody of her youngest son, Kevondrey. However, this would not be her last earthly test. She was recently diagnosed with chronic strokes and a seizure disorder.

Tonisha, being a God fearing woman, was counting her blessings, as she was anxiously awaiting her first grandchild. Her daughter, Tanaya, was only 9 weeks away from giving birth. Tonisha loved to draw, give the Lord his praise, and continue to better herself everyday. Most of all, she loved her family and instilled in her children strong values that have served them well. Her final years were spent as being a devoted homeworker.
