Tiosha Monique Hill-Williams was born on May 17, 1979 to Phillip Hill and Denise Drummond in Los Angeles, CA. When she was born, she would be the 6th generation from both her mother's paternal and maternal side, gaining her recognition in the local newspaper. She was the first of Denise's five girls or as they called themselves, the 5 Heartbeats. Tiosha resided most of her life in San Diego, CA and attended Helix High School. She was employed as an Nurse's Assistant and volunteered at parent care, La Mesa. Her church home was Greater Victory Baptist Church. San Diego, CA. Tiosha was creative and enjoyed decorating, drawing, coloring, fashion, and fashionable matching nails and toes.

She will be remembered by her fun-loving spirit that inspired those around her. She had a big heart and those around her embraced her as family if she wasn't and a best friend if she was family. She exemplified strength resilience and courage. Family was everything to this charismatic fun-loving lady, mother, sister, daughter, niece, grand-daughter, aunt, wife and friend that leaves behind a large family that will miss her dearly.
