Shirley was born to John and Lillian Garnett on April 27, 1940 in Georgia. She passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 30, 2021. The family will be honoring her life at a future date in Paterson, New Jersey. We at Serenity Funeral Home were honored to be asked by the family to assist in honoring her.
