Betty Jean Knappenberger 

Born Jan. 11, 1947, she was 79 years old when she peacefully passed

away at ProCare Hospice here in Las Vegas.

Betty was born in Indiana County, Pennsylvania to Zenus and Winfred Hoover she had 2

brothers Richard the eldest who is still alive and Robert has also past .

Betty is survived by her husband Neal Knappenberger stepsons, Richard and Paul along

with stepsister Nona Salem. Grand children Abigial Salem and stepson Bryce.

Betty loved to play cards or any good games and was a pretty good golfer. She and 

Neal went to many different states to play. But the best home away from Las Vegas

was their home for 20 summers in Blanchard, Id. just above CD'A, Idaho.

Betty decided to give her body to science so others might have a chance to live 

a little longer.

Her ashes will be taken up to Idaho for a ceremony at our summer home.
