Linda Ann Jenkins was born in Monroe, LA January 12, 1948 to Lemmie Jenkins and Annie Jenkins. (both preceded in death). Linda had six brothers and sisters.

Linda attended and graduated from Carroll High School in Monroe, LA. She later relocated to Las Vegas in 1966 to attend college to study computer programming and worked at the Silverbird Hotel. She rededicated her life to Christ and became a member of Victory Missionary Baptist Church. Linda had four children.
