George L. McFadden Sr was born April, 14, 1964 in Lake City, South Carolina.
George graduated from Lake City High (Class of 1982). During his time he played basketball and was also an avid racquetball player. George joined the United States Airforce in 1983 and retired in 2003. After serving 20 years in the military George went on to become the first African American to become a supervisor for the Clark County Work Department Division. George performed 13 years of service prior to a medical retirement.
George gave his life to Christ in 2008 and was baptized in 2010 under the leadership of Pastor Luther McCaskill of the Las Vegas Worship Center. He was known for encouraging others to live a life of Christ and was always willing to give his time, talent and money to anyone he came across..

He was known for his big heart and being a giver.
He may not have always told you what you wanted to hear but he always told you how it actually was. George will be sorely missed. He and his McFadden family shared an amazing bond as well as the Stewart family after meeting and marrying Tracy Cowart upon arrival in Las Vegas, NV.
