A loving son, Don was born on October 2nd, 1977, to Ms. Annette Gillespie & Mr. George Murphy Jr. of St. Louis, Missouri.

Don was baptized at an early age of his life. In 1996, Don enlisted into the United States Navy. Then he shortly united in holy matrimony to Malibu Ward on June 20th, 1997. To that union three sons, two daughters, and three grandchildren.

Don Sr. was a family loving man, he loved his whole family with all his heart. He enjoyed music, dancing, and singing (rap songs), especially rapper DMX. He also enjoyed watching & playing football. He also loved playing cards & dominos. Don was a very hard-working man that was loved by all of his employers that he worked for. He made a lasting impression on all who knew him. Don became ill during the time of the pandemic with depression and a serious nerve condition which he was overcoming at the time of death. But through it all he was a (FIGHTER).
