Deborah F. Rush was born Saturday June 20, 1959 to Penni A Rush and William E. Rush Sr. in Pomona, CA. Since was a bubbly, boisterous child that always stood out from the crowd. In 1964 the family moved to Las Vegas, NV where she attended Paradise Elementary School; St. Viator Parish School, where she received her first Holy communion; and Clark High School where she became 'Dede". Being " the only speck of sugar" she quickly made her mark on the West side of Las Vegas. Dede was a jack of all trades but mostly loved her position at Flakey Jake's as Head Baker. Her favorite color was purple and she loved The Beatles. Her Voice carried and her smile matched her heart, large and contagious. She was the most giving woman, if she had it, everyone had it. Dede touched countless lives, always the first to step up and take care of anyone in need. She loved children, elderly and all animals. There are many, many across the city she cared for and called her "kid".
