Alice Mae Kelly was August 12, 1945 to late Roosevelt & Lily Mae Kelly. Alice accepted Christ, later in life & received her education in both Tallulah, Louisiana & Las Vegas, Nevada. She was employed for an extensive period of time caretaking for a well to do family who was quite fond of her.
Alice was a beautiful spirit who will be missed. She was a mother first to her pride & joy Ricky Lee Kelly, an amazing grandmother, a devoted sibling, a loyal friend & loving wife to her late husband Curtis Johnson. Alice was beyond amazing & extraordinary. she wrestled with adversity & setback throughout the early stages of her life but refused to let hardships determine the outcome of her life. She was well aware that setback merely promote great comebacks. She didn't require combat boots & army fatigues to validate that she was a soldier, but rest assure she stayed in the trenches & fought the good fight until the end. Thus, today we celebrate the drafting of a soldier which has been called home to her final post. Ms. Alice Mae Kelly, we salute you job well done.
